I was quoted a different price over the phone then was charged. I hadn’t heard anything 4.5 hours after dropping my car off, so I called for an update. They didn’t know anything and said they would call m charged. I hadn’t heard anything 4.5 hours after dropping my car off, so I called for an update. They didn’t know anything and said they would call me back. Took almost an hour to call me back and just ran the diagnostic then. Service was not great when I came to pick up and I was not thrilled the price was more than I was quoted. More

Checking in was good. Though I scheduled online the service technician seemed to be unaware of work I wanted done on the car. Car was there for 9:30 appointment. I received no call about the car. I called at 2:30 and was told they were finishing up. And it was not easy to find my car on the lot. More

500 dollars for a 4 wheel alignment and camera adjustment on my 2020 Accord from having a flat tire was a little expensive.
