I worked with Maddie. She was excellent. Not sure who Zach is. I had 2 issues with the broader experience: 1) I was not told there was a fee for using credit card forcing She was excellent. Not sure who Zach is. I had 2 issues with the broader experience: 1) I was not told there was a fee for using credit card forcing me to drive an hour round trip to get my check book. 2) when I actually drove away the vehicle ran rough and check engine light was on. So seems vehicle was not test driven after work was completed. The problem was later resolved to my satisfaction More
