They listened to my wants and needs. Most importantly, they used their wealth of knowledge about vehicles to find a vehicle for me that was nothing short of the best that I could comfortably afford, while keeping me solidly inside of my budget, and extremely satisfied with the 2025 Honda Civic I leased. I know that I’ll be recommending Russ Darrow Honda in the future to anyone interested in a new vehicle. There’s no way I could send someone to another dealership. More
I worked with Maddie. She was excellent. Not sure who Zach is. I had 2 issues with the broader experience: 1) I was not told there was a fee for using credit card forcing She was excellent. I had 2 issues with the broader experience: 1) I was not told there was a fee for using credit card forcing me to drive an hour round trip to get my check book. 2) when I actually drove away the vehicle ran rough and check engine light was on. So seems vehicle was not test driven after work was completed. The problem was later resolved to my satisfaction More
