We truly regret that your vehicle developed an unexpected issue after your purchase. No one here was aware of any problems at the time of sale, nor could this issue have been anticipated. Unfortunately, mechanical failures can occur, even with thorough inspections. That said, you purchased your vehicle from a reputable dealer who is fully standing behind the sale and actively working to resolve the problem. We're committed to doing what's right. However, posting a negative review at this stage does little to improve your situation. In fact, it undermines the goodwill we’ve extended and makes it more difficult to foster a constructive relationship moving forward. Please remember, we did not manufacture the vehicle—we facilitated its sale in good faith and with transparency.

Primarily use dealer for oil change and light service requests. Usually able to come in for an oil change on Saturday without an appt and be done in an hour or less. More
