From the first time we set foot on their lot until present, we have received excellent customer service . When we faced an unexpected repair on our van, Russ Darrow's collision center was our first call. They provided us with a prompt estimate and worked dilligently with our Insurance provider. We were given a rental free of charge to use. They communicated with us often, updated us on the status of our repairs, and always were friendly and professional. I have two children and a Russ Darrow rep helped swap out car seats for us. Our vehicle was returned to us like new and they even cleaned the exterior and interior of our vehicle. Very pleased. Do reccomend! More
