This is the 5th time in 3 months I have brought my car in for service for the same issue. I do not blame your people. They are good and mean well. Russ Darrow Kia always delivers great service! It is easy to schedule appointments and they answer all my service questions to my satisfaction. Sold a car without working horn, wasn’t told there was an additional key. Over $300 to purchase new one. Water damage non reported in front lights. They were very disorganized. Who sells you a car and has you drive it for over a eeek and a half without a working horn?? Also, before buying vehicles I was told second key would be looked into. I had no idea they didn’t have one and would charge over $300 for an additional one! More

My whole experience with Russ Darrow has been a nightmare so far. I purchased a certified preowned 2024 Carnival with less than 15,000 miles and had it for 4 days before the check engine light came on. It so far. I purchased a certified preowned 2024 Carnival with less than 15,000 miles and had it for 4 days before the check engine light came on. It spent over 5 weeks in the shop and then when I picked it up I barely got out of the driveway and the light came back on! They then had it for 4 more days and assured me it was fixed. I had it for 24 hours and the check engine light is back on. Communication is sparse and does not come unless initiated by you. Lack of empathy. Overall just horrible experience. This is not what you expect when buying a newer vehicle with such low mileage. At this point I’ve lost all trust in them and am now stuck with a vehicle I don’t trust. Buy from literally anyone else!!!! I did call again and spoke with a nice lady that empathized with my situation and assured me I would hear from the GM tomorrow. Time will tell, but at this point I’m not holding my breath. More
