Literally every time I call the first words are “can I put you on hold”. Hold is always at least 10 minutes. Also am always told o90 minutes for estimated service of oil change. 90 minutes always tu put you on hold”. Hold is always at least 10 minutes. I made an appointment for an oil change at 4:15 PM and arrived a few minutes early. The technician commented that they were surprisingly slow that day and that it would be done soon. After an hour waiting in the customer service area, I want to check up on my car since I had not heard anything or gotten any text updates. I was surprised to see my car just being pulled into the bay for its service. I asked what happened and the technician checked why it had not been done earlier. He had no answer, but he did assure me that I would not have to pay for the service done because of their mistake. Thankful for this customer service kindness, but would have wanted to begin my weekend much earlier as planned. Mistakes happen… More

Joe is great, always make sure ro do what he can to make sure every visit is pleasant. They were running behind and my normal 1 hr appointment took closer to an hour and 45 minutes, but that aside very p sure every visit is pleasant.
