I brought my Jeep in for the 1st time at this dealership for routine maintenance. I was quickly greeted by a service advisor. I was told upfront the routine maintenance cost (oil change/tires rotation) and for routine maintenance. I was quickly greeted by a service advisor. I was told upfront the routine maintenance cost (oil change/tires rotation) and that I could save a little bit of money if I paid cash as there’s a 3% credit card fee for using a credit card. I was then escorted to the customer waiting area by the service advisor who told me to help myself to any of the complimentary beverages that they have. The waiting area was clean with comfortable seating and a television. The maintenance service was completed in approximately 50 minutes. After I paid my bill, the service advisor escorted me to my vehicle. He thanked me for choosing Russ Darrow and stated that if they can be of any assistance in the future with vehicle service needs or sales to please let them know. As I had a positive experience at this dealership, I will be a returning customer. More
