Emergency service needed I was in West Bend on a one day family visit on Sat Jan 27th. Upon my arrival, I experienced car trouble. I called your service dept and Kate was very friendly and said it was ok to drop the car off. I did so, a diagnostic test was done and the work was completed within a few hours. The service was very gracious as Kate dropped me off at my parents home and then a very nice young man ( sorry not certain of his name) picked me up when my car was ready . The service and accommodation that I received was very much appreciated - thank you! More

Oil change/tire rotation Promised completion in 1.5 hours, took 2 hours. Then, oil leaked out, husband fixed, returned next morning for check.
