When we bought our vehicle they got us to buy the extra oil changes for a “good deal” so we trust them and buy again. Never will I ever buy another vehicle from them. Every oil change they have a list of 1 oil changes for a “good deal” so we trust them and buy again. Never will I ever buy another vehicle from them. Every oil change they have a list of 10 things they find “wrong”. Well funny because I have taken it to other mechanics who tell me they are over exaggerating and they can do it for half the price of Russ Darrow if needed. Absolutely a trap and a joke. I don’t even want to go back for the rest of my oil changes I have paid for. Terrible service!! More
