while staff was friendly, she was also multitasking on multiple different customers while supposed to be addressing me. When my car was ready, she came over to me to sign paperwork and was also on the phone (assuming on hold since it was at her ear but not talking). Her attention definitely was not focused on me for our interactions and that created a negative customer service experience. The oil change was good, no concerns with the tech service. More

Picked the vehicle up from service. Problems was not addressed as vehicle was doing the exact same thing as when I dropped it off the day prior.
