I have a rating of 3 because I had to come back 2 days later after my oil change because there was a oil leak on my garage floor. That trip caused me to have to sit at the dealership twice as long as the later after my oil change because there was a oil leak on my garage floor. That trip caused me to have to sit at the dealership twice as long as the initial visit. Now I have to clean up an oil spot, not a small one, where I didn't have any spots on my garage floor before. I'm not mad, just disappointed in the extra time wasted and a clean up job I don't need. More
