Bryan did a great job! Bryan did a wonderful job of handling the service associated with my Jeep Renegade. All repairs seem to be in good order. I am shocked that Jeep has the vehicle set up to take away four and all wheel drive capabilities when anything causes your check engine light to come on. So, if an oxygen sensor goes bad, you cannot utilize any 4x4 or all wheel drive options. THIS IS REALLY BAD IF YOU LIVE WHERE IT SNOWS. THIS IS ACTUALLY NEGLIGENCE IF YOU ASK ME. More

Suspension replacement Fair and courteous service provided by my repair coordinator Robb. He worked with Dodge to reduce extra costs associated with warranty repair. Dealer great but Jeep warranty coverage less than impressive due to them not covering extra costs and parts replacement that were only incurred due to THEIR warranty issue due to rust. If it is a warranty issue (X-69 warranty bulletin) having to rip apart the rear is not my fault. Again the dealer was great and the people I was dealing with tried but Jeep just doesn’t really care More
