Michael took the time to test drive with me, show me how everything (all the gadgets and buttons!) work in the vehicle, helped me move my belongings from the old car to the new, changed out my plates, got me a year subscription to Sirius, reminded me to register with Ford, mailed me an "extra accessory" after the sale, got me three free oil changes, had my car cleaned TWICE before leaving with a full tank of gas, and most importantly, helped me to get my monthly payments to a number I was comfortable with.
