SMOOTH START BUT A BUMPY LANDING I found this car online and it looked pretty nice in the picture and had really low mileage, so I decided to check it out, even though it was 1 1/2 h I found this car online and it looked pretty nice in the picture and had really low mileage, so I decided to check it out, even though it was 1 1/2 hours away. I liked the vehicle, but there were some issues with it that were negotiated before a sale was made. The car was sent to one of their body shops in Waukesha for some work to be done it, which took a week. I decided I would pick up the vehicle at the body shop myself and make sure everything agreed upon was done. The job was not completed as was agreed, so a phone call was made to the dealer in Madison. After it was confirmed what still had to be done, the body shop kept the car till the next day to finish up. I went to get the cat the next day and was satisfied with the work they did. I was happily on my way till I went to back up and the backup camera isn't working. The body shop told me there was nothing they could do for me and sent me on my way. I was very upset to say the least that I would have to now drive from Waukesha to the dealer in Madison to get this figured out. Michael was very helpful and agreed to do what he could to get the problem resolved. It turns out the body shop was responsible for the back up camera not working. Whom ever worked on the vehicle forgot to plug it back in. They should have known that considering they had it all apart. I ended up driving 150 total miles out of my way because of the body shops negligence.......I would not recommend the body shop. More
