Superb Art Service Center The service center is headed up by Carl Seehoffer. A few months ago Carl and one of his well trained technician gave me a tour of the service center. The service center is headed up by Carl Seehoffer. A few months ago Carl and one of his well trained technician gave me a tour of the service center. Having worked for many years in the electronic industry (where cleanliness and class 100 cleanrooms are a must) I was blown away by how clean and orderly their service areas are kept. All tools were neatly stored in designated areas for the tools. The floors were clean and the entire repair center was more reminiscent of a manufacturing area rather than a repair center. Also, all of Carls technicians are superbly trained and skilled in their craft. Over my career in electronics manufacturing in the defense industry I was shocked to see this level of repair capabilities. I remarked to Carl that Rusnak's marketing team is missing out on showcasing this superb servicing capability as part of their marketing literature. One of the main reasons I drive Audi products now is the level of training Carl's team has across the board and how they treat their customers. Kudos to Carl and his team of skilled technicians More

Always a great experiance I have had Audi's for many years and the reason I have stayed with Audi is because of the service department. Carl and his staff are very helpful and I have had Audi's for many years and the reason I have stayed with Audi is because of the service department.
