I have been working with Mitch for over eight months looking for the right vehicle. He has followed up with me even when I have not responded in kind. He eventually found a vehicle for me that I was interested in discussing obtaining. I met with him and the staff at Rusnak Audi Westlake and was treated exceptionally well by all involved. I went out there late in the evening on a Friday, worked out the details for obtaining the vehicle and Mitch, Nabeel Esrawi and Jason Marmon all stayed until midnight so that I could take the vehicle home that night. I highly recommend working with them. More
I am a 48 year old and never posted any reviews in the past. sadly, I have had such a bad experiance at Rusnak Audi in Thousand Oaks that I felt compelled to vent. I live in HB and was looking to purchase an Audi S5. I located the one I was looking for 2 hrs north of were I live. BEFORE I bought the car the salesman Jessie in internet sales was extremely attentive to my calls and texts. I went there and purchased the car. This review is more about the customer service AFTER I bought the car. There was a cable missing from the car. I contacted Jessie multiple times to no avail. NO RETURN calls or texts back, almost as if I never existed. Isn't the idea to build long term customer loyalty? Don't you think I will buy more cars during my life? Guess what I will NEVER do business with a company that lacks the forsight to provide its customers after the sale with a basic level of respect. What An Awesome Experience :) Got R8 Customer Services On a A4 Purchase :) Complete 180 degree Experience :) Customer Always Right... Really!!! I inquired via the dealers website about an 2013 Used A4 on behalf of my parents. I was contacted by Nicole De La Cruz who called me within minutes of my online inquiry, this wasn’t my first online inquiry and wasn’t the first time a dealer reached out to me, but it was the first time I actually care to stay on the phone longer than a minute. Her approached was never a sales pitch but actually inquiring to see what my car needs were, and if she could assist me in finding the right car for me. After a short chat of what we were looking for, she offer to assist me in finding the right car for me (a breath of fresh air, since it was never in a pushy sales manner, like prior sales individuals we came across at other dealerships) I inform her my concern was finding someone that spoke Spanish (since the car was going to be a family car for my parents. Now my parents do understand English, but it’s not their primary language, so they prefer someone to talk business in Spanish) She had no issue with this and mention she works closely with another rep who spoke Spanish and could have them reach out to us. Within a day or two I received a text message from Jesse Gutierrez who stated that Nicole inform him of what we were looking for. After a conversation via text message (which was really convenient, for me due to my busy schedule) we finally had an idea settle on what we were looking for. Our time frame to purchase a car at that time was 1 month. That weekend my parents and I were set to buy a BMW that we had test driven and worked out numbers on 1 month prior, we had no intention of going with an Audi since we walked away from a deal at Auto Gallery Audi before and we were set and ready for a BMW. We were early to our appointment at Rusnak BMW so we decided to stop by Rusnak Audi since it was recommended by close friends and family and we had a great initial contact with Nicole and Jesse. We had no intention to buy an Audi since we were just minutes from getting a BMW, but we had time to kill. We ask for Jesse at the counter he wasn’t expecting us but didn’t mind helping us. He remember our conversation and within 15 minutes he brought out 3 cars which match what we were looking for, he brought out the A4 that was advertise that we had seen online, we decided to go for a test drive he explain in awesome detail the features, after that we saw a Q5. He right away pulled it up and we jump in, after a great chat and comparing both we decided we needed a car thanks to both test drives. At this point we missed our BMW appointment, which we didn’t mine, do to the great service , attention, and product analysis. We knew we wanted an AUDI A4 and based and we knew we wanted to give our business to Rusnak Audi. Now here is where things went south..... We were ready buy we made an offer at which I brought up the question about the car being "Certified", he was shocked he excuse himself and went somewhere to talk to someone (manager) about the car being certified, came back and told us No, unfortunately this car is not certified it was a computer error when it was listed, I brought out the ad which I had from over a week ago from their own website showing them clearly mark certified, they still refuse to honor it at that time, and worst of all they weren’t willing to work with us since it was there mistake clearly mark certified, they said if we wanted it certified it would be an extra $2000 if not we can take it as is. We had to walk away... I express my concern an wrote a review about the sad conclusion we had. We were drain after that experience we were in no mood to go to a any dealership for a while. On the same day of the review I got a an email and voicemail from a manager (forgot his name) who stated that General Manager Ted Moreno had reach out to him about this issue and wanted to make it right. I responded to the manager who made me an offer to honor the ad and get the car certified for the price advertised, of course I counter the offer. After a going back and forth, Ted Moreno got involved and emailed me asking to give him a call because he wanted us to be satisfy and do everything possible to make the situation right. After a couple days of phone tag, emails, offers and even a screen shot from his computer showing the car cost compare to local dealers, and the Rusnak Team doing everything possible to make things right (when they could of just turn around not honor the ad and forget about us buying possibly to lowest cost car they had on their lot) We schedule an appointment to go in. Doesn't stop there... We went later on that week and met with Jesse, he apologize about the situation (even though he had nothing to do with the mistake) and instead of just giving us the car that they were going to honor the certification on and be on our way, he took time to bring out another car we asked about and compare both. He really wanted to help us in making sure in getting in the right car, regardless if we took the car we had the issue with. He really went above and beyond. We ended up taking the car they worked so hard to make things right on, even Ted Moreno who looked like he was in a meeting came out to make sure all was right and things were made right. We even had to go to a doctors appointment and knew financing usually takes a bit a time, they were willing to hold the car till next day (none of this it’s today and today only stuff here). Next day we came back car was prep wash and ready for us, after doing the finance dance (which by the way they beat our already low credit union rate and beat the gap coverage insurance cost by hundreds ?) We were new owners. Nicole showed us the features top to bottom, set up Bluetooth and car settings to our request and every Rusnak Team member with came across since day one really make sure things where right and we were happy. In Conclusion I truly feel Rusnak Audi went above and beyond on their customer service, even honoring a mistake and reaching out to make things right. We feel extremely happy with our purchase and like a said before even though we got the lowest model they had on the lot the treatment and follow through from all the members felt like we were buying the priciest car they had on their lot. Thanks to all the Rusnak Audi members for making this the best car buying experience we had and evermore for turning things around and making things right for the everyday consumer. More
I'm a very picky shopper especially when it comes to big purchases like cars. The car and deal have to be perfect. Enter Nichole Delacruz and the Rasnak Audi team. She was able to get exactly the car I wanted in pristine condition for a KILLER PRICE! If that wasn't enough, her finance counterpart Vance beat our already great financing deal from our Credit union. I have never "pledged allegiance" to anyone in the car industry, but I'm telling you Nichole and Rasnak have proved themselves to be very, very worthy. I can't sing their praises enough.If you need a car (Audi or other) give Nichole call. Based on what I've seen you'll be happy you did. More

I just purchased a 2013 Audi Q5 at Rusnak of Westlake Village, CA. James Anderson was the sales person I was dealing with. I can't speak highly enough about him. I would / will pass his name to anyone looking for a new or used car from Rusnak. Overall a very pleasant experience. I would also like to say I have purchased two Porsche 911 Turbos from Rusnak of Westlake Village, and had the same experience. Another side note. Prior to purchasing the new Q5, I had a 2009 Q5.
