We talked about the emissions issue a bit, but clearly no one knows what the fix will be. Karl called me when the car was ready, and since some of the promotional discounts were being mailed in a week, he gave me the special rates. I have had three Audis from Rusnak and do all service there because, while not cheap, they are alwasy helpful, explain things, don't rush me when i have a question, and if there is a less expensive option (like buy the part, you can put it in yourself in two minutes, we'll show you how". All my life I was driving BMW's but I think I needed the switch. I hope I made the right decision. Too many last minute charges. I walked in thinking to pay 355 and ended walking out with 417. Overall I'm satisfied. More
