Both my husband & I drive Volvo's and he takes extra special care of our cars. He does a thorough look through and talks to us about what is required and what is needed at the time of service. We always feel like we are in great hands and our cars are well taken care of. I can't imagine getting this type of service anywhere else! More

Not super helpful My car was under warranty and broke down because of a faulty fuel pump. I paid for lyft rides for several days and was only offered a replacement car My car was under warranty and broke down because of a faulty fuel pump. I paid for lyft rides for several days and was only offered a replacement car after I came to pick up the car and it broke down again. I’m sure it wouldn’t have been offered if I hadn’t asked and been upset. As well, they tried to send me home with the car saying I could never let the fuel run below two bars because there was something wrong with it instead of fixing the problem. My car is a 2015 and has had several sensor issues. For the cost of the car I expect a little more in terms of customer service. It seemed dodgy and cheap to me which is a disappointment and will make me rethink dealing with Volvo when it’s time to get a new car. More
A basic service took up an entire day I scheduled my service for 8:30am on 1/25/19, so that I would be able to get to work after lunch. Usually a basic service takes no more than 4 hours. All of the service people (Sue, Na'eem, and Mark) were super friendly and helpful. It was not *at all* their fault that the service department was overbooked that day. I arrived at 8:30am, but was not seen by a service representative until close to 9am. He said my car would be ready at 2pm, but when I called at 2pm, he said it would not be ready until 3pm. When I arrived at 3pm, my car still had to be washed. I did not get out of there until 3:30pm, and missed an entire day of work. Since Rusnak Volvo no longer offers Saturday service, I feel like I had no choice but to miss work. Overall I am disappointed in my experience with Rusnak Volvo because I do not think a basic service should take 7 hours -- nor do I think it should cost $700. More

Excellent Service Experience I had a lot of lights illuminated on my instrument panel on Christmas Eve. I called Anthony Marino and he had me bring the car in that day without an I had a lot of lights illuminated on my instrument panel on Christmas Eve. I called Anthony Marino and he had me bring the car in that day without an appointment. The car was fixed that week. Rats had gotten into the engine compartment and chewed wires. A couple of weeks later the rats, not yet eliminated, chewed the wires again, and the lights were on. I took the car in and this time Rusnak fixed the wires for free—even though it was not their responsibility. Talk about building customer loyalty! More
