Na'eem Adams is the reason I choose Rusnak Volvo I'm a two time Rusnak customer and have serviced three Volvos are Rusnak. The reason I keep returning is because of Na'eem. Whenever I come in, I feel I'm a two time Rusnak customer and have serviced three Volvos are Rusnak. The reason I keep returning is because of Na'eem. Whenever I come in, I feel like Na'eem has my back and I am in good hands. He's professional, personable and very knowledgeable. He promptly calls me to let me know the status of the repair/service and explains any issues such that I understand what needs to be done and why. I would also like to take a moment to share my experience with the other service staff. The wonderful woman who seems to always be there when I bring in my car is so kind and attentive. I feel bad I don't know her name! She's the best! Recently there have been two younger men (I believe usually wearing service uniforms ) that have helped with loaner cars and checking me in when Na'eem is busy with another customer. Every employee I came in contact with greeted me with a smile and asked how my day was going so far. Some even took the time to offer me coffee and make casual conversation. I noticed that this was how they were treating all of their customers, and at the same time, the way they went about doing this made me feel special. I regret not writing down everyone's name, but I do remember Mark and Christie. Mark under promised and exceeded my expectations about how long I'd be waiting for my car. The team at Volvo got me in and out of there in no time, and at no point did I feel like they tried to sell me on any unnecessary services. Christie made checking out easy, and again it was all so pleasant. More

First Timer Mostly Satisfied I purchased my XC60 T8 a month ago from this dealership. A couple of days later the check engine light came on, so I dropped by to have it checked. I I purchased my XC60 T8 a month ago from this dealership. A couple of days later the check engine light came on, so I dropped by to have it checked. I was pointedly asked if I had an appointment, which told me this is a busy service center and appointments are important. But the sales person who sold me the car interceded for me and they cleared the light and I went on my way. So a month later the check engine light came on again, and I called to make my appointment. The reason for the 4 stars instead of 5 stars is that it took a long time getting through to the service department to make the required appointment. When I called the Volvo dealer switchboard operator answered and transferred me to service where it rang until it switched me back to the operator who transferred me back to service where it rang until the main Rusnak switchboard answered and sent me back to the Volvo switchboard and then ran through the whole process again. Finally, the Rusnak switchboard put me on hold while she got someone who would agree to answer the phone in service. After that, the service was great. I showed up at the appointed time, was greeted by Mark who was friendly and efficient. They kept the car for a couple of hours, figured out that there is a glitch that Volvo is working on and what I could do to avoid triggering the check engine light. The car was washed and I picked it up 3 hours after dropping it off. I appreciated the shuttle service. More
