First time back to service my Volvo and I was just as impressed with the experience. The finance manager, Brandi, that helped me purchase my vehicle recommended a service advisor at the time and the customer service was stellar and seamless. Everything was done according to plan and the appointment and times discussed were all honored. The one thing that I wasn't too thrilled with is that I payed for a tire rotation and one of the Volvo logo valve screw caps was gone upon return. Must have fallen off or gotten misplaced. Its not THAT huge of a deal but now one valve cap is missing. More

above and beyond Anthaony Marino replaced a tire with a crew in it in order for us to use the car on a road trip to Palm Desert. Gear shift issue Had my 2003 XC-90 loose the manuverability of the gear shift linkage at 116K miles. Got stuck in the manual transmatic mode. Left car after hours. Only issue was that service dept staff did not engage an Uber at the pre-established time. Service rep had left early for the day. Had to call department up to remind them. More
