Why - when I asked the service rep to help me with the license plates, and he said "yes" - did I arrive to see my license plates were not touched. Its the little things that make you great... this place is good... but needs to manage the little things. More

I have to hurry up to catch up my another appointment at 10:30am. Everything else is good. Job is well done. Rep was there to answer any questions. Just wish faster service or have a loaner car. We encourage students to not just do what is asked but to "go above and beyond." I have been working with Na'eem for a few years now, and he consistently goes above and beyond. Whether it's quickly arranging a rental car for me if he needs to keep my car longer than anticipated or driving me home himself if the courtesy car has already left and I need to be home to meet my kids after school, Na'eem takes care of it every time with a smile. This particular service appointment was a "biggie," and I was not only out-of-town while it was happening, but I was wondering if it was time to think about a trade-in or put the money back into the car. Na'eem really walked me through it and helped me feel I had made the right decision. This is my first Volvo, and I bought it because I wanted to drive "the safest car" when I moved out to California and was going to be learning new routes and settling in my family. I have three boys, and things can get pretty crazy in the backseat . . . and now the passenger seat. And now Oh My Lord! They are about to learn how to drive. I feel confident that my car is now in tip-top-shape to tackle that adventure :) Na'eem even caught the bulb light at the last minute which was flicking on and off when I was driving it but never seemed to show up when the mechanic was looking at it. He got it speedily replaced, and I was on my way to pick up the kids. Thank you, Na'eem. When the time comes to replace my car, I'll be back in the showroom for some test drives! A shout-out also to Jorge (I think I got the name right) who fixes my Bluetooth for me when it gets and out whack (or when I just can't remember how to pair it) and drives me home and shares his "posole" recipes. Wait . . . one more shout out. Sue. She is always pleasant and helpful, and I enjoy driving up to see her in the Service Area every time. More

I may have bought my Volvo in Palm Springs, but Rusnak Pasadena has been my service center for 5 years, and I I'm so glad Rusnak is close to my home. I observed Anthony practice initiative, courtesy - and communication-explains what is happening.. I felt very comfortable talking of my concerns with Volvo at same time learning from him. As compared to previous experience- I felt like I was talking with a patient that we the healthcare worker should understand and repair the problem rather to rely from someone. I thought this was Rusnak ways, however, Anthony redeemed Rusnak’s customer service by showing some of the aforementioned Disney customers service. I like to mention the nice lady that greets you with a smile as soon as you arrived- she too was good. I did include Mr. Cheng for the immediate response with request of service through email. Well done More
Routine Service - Annual Great service, Anthony offered me a 10% discount which was appreciated as the annual service was quite expensive. I picked up the car Friday evening and did not drive it this weekend. My only issue is I am now hearing a sound with the car I did not hear before. I will call in if the sound continues yet tomorrow.
