This location is convenient. However, both times I have had services done it takes over 5min for someone to even address me as I wait. I made an appointment for recall work to be done on my 2019 Volvo. When I arrived, I was seen immediately—the car seat and steering wheel was covered in plastic and the service advisor had gloves and a ma 2019 Volvo. Even though the dealership has a much smaller staff now, the recall work was done quickly and perfectly. My car was washed, vacuumed and I was done in less than an hour. Very happy with the service.
