Work completed on time. No problem! Our new XC60 was in for a recall notice. The service advisor was cordial and expeditious. The only problem we had was scheduling the recall. Upon my first call, I was met with a response that someone would get back to me about scheduling the recall work. I received no call back for two weeks so I needed to call back to set up the appointment. After that, all went well. More

Issue was there was a line out into the street, people standing everywhere and all trying to maintain social distancing. It took over 1/2 hour to drop off the car.
