He took very good care of my car( and me!) during my last visit. My only suggestion is that Rusnak needs to have some kind of seating outside, so that those clients who wait for their car to be serviced have someplace to sit while socially distancing. It is shocking to me that this is not the case. During my most recent visit, there were three of us waiting for our cars during the service appointment. I had my own camp chair because I'd experienced the no space to sit situation a few weeks before, but one customer was sitting on the ground against a tree, and another was sitting with his laptop on the curb. I can't imagine Rusnak Volvo wants that situation for it's valued customers! More
