I scheduled a 10,000 mi. service and requested pickup and drop off. Anthony Marino was great, providing timely communication. The service was GREAT from start to finish! Anthony gave me an estimate of when the car would be ready and he was "spot on". I also received assistance from another staff member with syncing my phone to t me an estimate of when the car would be ready and he was "spot on". Roman, my advisor, went the extra mile to make sure all the issues were addressed. He was able to replace a bumper cap and even get me an Uber ride. My first Volvo and first service call so really could’ve the issues were addressed. He was able to replace a bumper cap and even get me an Uber ride. They confirmed over the phone but the greeter wasn’t able to find it in the system on my arrival for whatever reason. They still got me in thankfully. Overall service is good.
