The Volvo Valet was especially important as we are both over 75 and terrified of the virus. The pickup was right on time and the service to fix the Check Engine light was taken care of expeditiously. I am grateful for Ruznak Volvo's most excellent service department and all of those who work there... especially my Service Advisor Anthony Marino. More

I was greeted immediately, and was talking with Na’eem, my service advisor, within 5 minutes. Service took about as long as I was told it was and my car was clean and ready when I returned. I appreciated the steps they took for cleanliness and distancing. In addition, a few days before my appointment I got a “low tire pressure” light. I dropped by the dealership, told an attendant who took care of it immediately without question. Great experience all the way around. More

I purchased my Volvo about 2 weeks ago. The sales process seemed normal and the saleswoman Verletta was very nice. The second time driving the Volvo, the check engine light came on. I called them to let them seemed normal and the saleswoman Verletta was very nice. The second time driving the Volvo, the check engine light came on. I called them to let them know that I wanted it checked and they suggested that I bring it in. I would expect that it would be a high priority as I am brand new client. This was not the case. They told me they were busy and wouldn't be able to see me for a week. I felt this was unacceptable as I just bought the car a couple of days previous. So I called my saleswoman for help and she said, "She had a meeting and would call me right back." She never called back. Every time after that I tried to call her she wasn't there. I called again the following day and asked for a manager. They transfered me again to reception at service and she ultimately put me on the phone with Anthony, the service manager. He vowed to have the car picked up on the day of service and would arrange to have it checked out and drop of a loaner car. I said that was fine but they need to come early as I need to get to work. They never showed up the morning of the service. I missed my window to get work waiting for them. I called frustrated and they scrambled to get someone to come pickup my car to check it out. They had absolutely forgotten about the appointment. They came and got it later that day but no loaner car, of course. The car was returned with the issue resolved a couple of days later. During this debacle, I tried multiple times to reach my salesperson and/or a manager and i was usually transferred directly to the service receptionist. I felt that I deserved someone go out of their way to make sure I was happy with my purchase. That never happened. Verletta replied to my first text but stopped after the service department missed their appointment to pick the car up. This easily the worst I've ever felt about a large purchase. I believe the correct response would have been on the first call to say, "I'm so sorry this happened and we're going to fix this right away for you." Then swiftly followed up. Obviously it didn't work out that way at all. During the paperwork, the man I was working with noticed that I overpaid for the car by several hundred dollars. I have no idea how but said they could use the money toward tinting the windows or some other options. I was excited at the time but now I'm nervous going back what frustrations await. More
