Did not stand by service No problems with car until brought in for service. After owning car for a full year with no issues, I picked up a coolant leak and a loose nut or part No problems with car until brought in for service. After owning car for a full year with no issues, I picked up a coolant leak and a loose nut or part object rolling around in the engine compartment area of car, after picking up for service. It seems obvious with timing of new noise of object rolling around loose that it happened at dealership. Instead, when I took the mechanic for a ride to listen to the piece rolling around in back they tell me it is a squeak from two fabrics rubbing together. My wife and boss both drove with me and thought it sounded like a metallic type part rolling around. I asked Cleo to take a test drive and she thought the noise was a rock or part rolling around too. Then there was the warning from Cleo that if the dealer spent the time to look for the loose item it was not covered by warranty. So for now, I am driving with new noise in car that dealer will not stand behind their work on. I have the feeling Cleo knows, and is pretty obvious with timing of new issue right after service, that the dealer caused the issue. As far as the coolant leak. It was covered under warranty. Cleo said the part would come in the next morning and would be ready in the afternoon. After 5:00 in the afternoon, after not hearing anything all day, I followed up with Cleo. She claimed part was delivered later than expected and would not be able to get to it until the following day. I said it would have been nice for me to know that sooner in the day if the vehicle was not going to be ready when scheduled. I don't know if I can even trust the part was delivered late reason. When I originally brought in for annual service at 7:30 in the morning, I was not given the inspection results until 2:00 in the afternoon. By then it was too late for my schedule to get additional item I wanted done completed. Cleo said, sorry, was a crazy day in service today. Maybe this is because I was lower priority as new customer? More

Have the feeling my service was delayed because I dropped off vehicle while others that may have come in later and were turned around faster because they were waiting. More
