Sales Manager / Advisor or whoever that did the paperwork was rude and borderline racist and made it very difficult when purchasing my grenadier through my credit union. The only plus side was a salesperson who was very attentive and knowledgable (Michael) and really knew how to sell you and help you look past the screening power steering noise the car makes, the known software issues the car had with the ADAS system and check engine light issue from filling up gas. We really love the car and the durability of it compared to our Defender. More
