Liars, Scam and full of BS I've purchased a few cars from Rush because of the local sponsorship they did for the youth groups. First experience they changed the paperwork (makin I've purchased a few cars from Rush because of the local sponsorship they did for the youth groups. First experience they changed the paperwork (making it not true) when my daughter purchased a car to get funded. Look at your contract because Everytime there was a mistake in thier favor. On my daughter's car it took them four times to get the paperwork right. Everytime it is like a chess match for them to try and get you. It is not the simple quick purchase like we do at Auto Nation that takes about 30 minutes. Your time does not mean anything to them and it will take 3-4 hours at least and will be very frustrating. When you are almost done they will still need to detail and fuel it up. I believe in buying local but cannot do it anymore. This last time Jesus told me an amount that he would give me for one of my cars. I swing buy in the car to drop off a different car at service department and tell him we will be back in two hours to drop off that car. When we return Jesus is not there and James after about an hour says this is what he will give me. I have text from Jesus saying that Rush will give me that much, James tells me Jesus does not buy cars and he does, so his number is the only one that is good. In the past my wife brought in one of our cars because you could smell fuel sometimes. The problem was a vent tube above the fuel pump and should had been GM recall. The service department at the time freaked her out by saying her car could blow up. The fix is that the fuel pump needs to be changed, tank dropped right away. Not safe to drive away. Really did not like the way that was handled for a piece of rubber that was cracked. I had a check mailed to me last year because payoff was different and the check sat at my desk without depositing for awhile. When I noticed it said it is void after 90 days, I went to dealership and said what do we need to do. They asked why it was not cashed and get treated like I'm trying to trick them our something. I should had realized people that lie to everybody would expect the same out of others. This last thing with James has done it for me and will no longer purchase another car from them. When I told them, James and Jesus did not care. Be very careful if you choose to deal with these people. More
