i generally like giving great feedback when im treated great but for the first time i have experienced a not so great experience...purchased my uses vehicle on Mon and was told it would be ready for picku great but for the first time i have experienced a not so great experience...purchased my uses vehicle on Mon and was told it would be ready for pickup Fri....no one called or texted(i explained as long as there is communication, no problem) after not hearing anything we contacted dealership and was told vehicle would be ready Mon...well mon cane and still no one communicated so i called and at least 4 times with sales,service and sales manager was told i would get a call back 5,15,30 minutesAGAIN nobody responded but was told id get a call first thing Tue,guess what? Again no one responded, this time the MANAGERS each said id receive information on when vehicle will be ready Sooo now its after hours and I did not and havent heard anything...very poor customer service especially when that customer made it clear to Please Communicate each time I CALLED. Would love to hear back from someone who Cares about the service or lack of service their customers get....All i wanted was COMMUNICATION. More

Their salesman KASEY TAYLOR took my parents keys and promised to take care of the finance company for them, he was handed the keys once he got them approved for another vehicle. Come to find out he neve promised to take care of the finance company for them, he was handed the keys once he got them approved for another vehicle. Come to find out he never did anything. He basically stole their vehicle (with the keys in hand) & more than likely re-sold it even though it's still registered under my mother's name. I am completely disgusted at how a human being could treat elderly people!!!! Rush not only doesn't call back with a resolution, but it seems like they're protecting a criminal. When this was brought to JESUS CAMPOS attention (SALES MANAGER) he said TO NOT DISCUSS THIS WITH ANYONE ELSE. NOW IF THAT DOESN'T SOUND SHADY THEN WHAT ELSE COULD THAT BE. Everyone else we would talk to it about HAD NO CLUE WHAT WE WERE TALKING ABOUT and had to get the info down all over again. This whole dealership seems to apart of the scams their employees are accused of. More
