The 2009 Aveo that Kim purchased from us 6 months ago was subject to a factory recall at the time of her purchase; the replacement part for the recall was on backorder which delayed her car's repair for 13 days in August while she drove one of our loaner vehicles. Regarding her recent automotive issue, we have been in contact with Kim since she posted her online review and we've apologized for the inconvenience she experienced with the car. The problem turned out to be a quick fix and there is nothing wrong with her transmission. She let us know that she loves her car, and added that she became momentarily fearful at the onset of the problem that she might have purchased a proverbial "lemon". No lemons here ... just lemonade. We have apologized to Kim regarding our initial ineffective communication. We also asked her to give Runde's another shot at earning back her business and she has let us know that she is keeping that in consideration.
