Overall the service experience is good but I hate how every time you drive in, step out of your vehicle, and you might be right next to a desk with a service representative sitting there but no one says every time you drive in, step out of your vehicle, and you might be right next to a desk with a service representative sitting there but no one says hello. Heads stay down, fixated on a monitor, as if you’re invisible. Seems to me that someone could easily look up, say hello, someone will be with you shortly. Instead silence.
