No, I would not recommend for service as my last 2 experiences were both bad. Since my first oil change on my car which was purchased new there, I have used synthetic oil. For some reason or another, I asked when I was going to pay, whether synthetic oil had been put in. When checked on, they told me no it had not be used. I am there on my lunch break to pick up the car and now have to wait for the oil to be drained again and the right thing put in. Then after all the waiting and not getting back to work on time they expect me to pay them for there mess up....nope, definitely can do without! That's just downright incompetence at the expense of my car. More
I came in for a routine oil change and had excellent customer service from the second I handed over the keys. I had to bring my 5 mo old with and the service advisor Terry (got name off of receipt but I customer service from the second I handed over the keys. I had to bring my 5 mo old with and the service advisor Terry (got name off of receipt but I'm assuming the employees that check in and find you at the end of service are the service advisors???) was so helpful. He made the whole visit an excellent experience and even drove my car back inside at the end so I wouldn't have to walk outside in the cold with my baby. The wait was a little long for an oil change but considering you provide snacks, coffee, and fruit and also take the time to do a good job on the service of both of our vehicles I have no complaints. The reason I am taking the time to do this is because i really have nothing bad to say and would like to thank Terry and the other employees because there aren't a lot of places that try so hard to make the employees happy. I would recommend this place to friends and family. More
I'm always able to book my service appointments online with many times, including evenings, to choose from. Today, as usual, I was greeted promptly when I pulled into the service bay, the service person with many times, including evenings, to choose from. I was able to wait in the comfortable lounge and one hour later my car was done and the bill was exactly what I had been told it would be. More
I was told that I had a water pump problem. I had replaced that water pump at 84,000 miles and now at 127,888 miles I was told that I needed a replacement. Terry told me that he would discuss this problem with Toyota and get back to me if they would do anything for me. He called me a couple of days later and asked me if I would be willing to pay for the labor if Toyota paid for the water pump. I thought that this was very fair. I also want to commend Terry for his follow through, and Luther Toyota for its wonderful customer waiting area and the upbeat attitude of the people that I come in contact with there. I don't think that it could be better. More
Great service, fast appointment, friendly, clean - always easy to get my car fixed here. I can always count on this dealership for great service. WE HAVE BEEN CUSTOMERS OF RUDY LUTHER TOYOTA SINCE AUGUST 2008 AND HAVE HAD EXCELLENT SERVICE AND FROM THEM. WE HAVE PURCHASED A 2009 CAMRY HYBRID AND 2011 COROLLA FROM THEM AND CANNOT COMPLEMENT THEM ENOUGH 2008 AND HAVE HAD EXCELLENT SERVICE AND FROM THEM. I had just terrible service and expierence. I usually go to the burnsville Toyota but went to this location because it was closer.
