I was greeted right away upon entering the service stall and then had a short wait to speak with with Kong Yang. I was given an estimate of 2 1/2 hours for the 2 recalls to be checked and the 40,000 mile c and then had a short wait to speak with with Kong Yang. The work was completed in about 2 hours. Everyone was pleasant and Mark gave me an update after about an hour and a half telling me what had been done and that it wouldn't be too much longer. It was quite cold outside and they weren't able to wash my RAV4. They did however, have it waiting inside the service area so I didn't have to go out in the cold to get into it and I was given a coupon for a wash at a later date. Very satisfied with the overall service and it was less than what I was quoted when I made the appointment. Nancy More
I brought our Camray in on January 17th as the tire pressure dash light was illuminated. Matt Knutson checked all the tires and brought the low tire up to 31 pounds. I was quickly back on the road. The following morning, the dash light was on again and the tire appeared flat. I brought the car in immediately and Terry Johnson said the repair would take 45 minutes or less. The estimated repair (a patch) was determined to be not feasible because of the location of the hole; so a plug was inserted. The work actually took about 1-1/2 hours to complete, included a car wash. So far (as of January 19, the repair seems to be holding up. The service greeters on both days were friendly and helpful as were Matt and Terry. More

When I got there I was intending to get a transmission fluid change. Duane informed me that I did not need one and that i had already done this. Great. They did not replace the light that was burned out that I requested to get done. Not sure why. More

A 2012 Camry is a cold car, meaning slow to heat up (not the last few days at below zero - nothing can keep up with that). If you do a lot of stop and go driving, it won't ever heat up, so when you start - keep driving. It will ultimately heat up. Dealer says, that's the way it is. I haven't had a car this cold in 15 years (my last Camry - thought since 1997 they would have fixed that problem). Second, MPG in city is pretty bad (on a positive note highway is pretty good) so beware if you don't spend most of your time on the highway. My Deville did as well in the city. Dealer says again...that's the way it is (from the service department). Third, Rudy advertises loaner cars (Certified Warranty), but just found out a rental charge to check out the low MPG and cold start. RL is in Golden Valley, I live in Eagan. I don't even get a ride home. Called the guy who sold it to me and his suggestion was to sluff it off to a Toyota Dealer closer to home. Short story - not much love at this Dealership. Guess Camry still has good share, no need to care (hey that could be their tag line). Al More

We look forwards to working with them for many years to come.It also helps that this dealership is practically within walking distance of our home! I want to tell you that I was witness to just how politely and "in control" Jeremy deals with all his customers, even if they are acting very demanding and out of line IN HIS FACE.He handles them with all the grace and ease of a foreign diplomat and takes the matter in stride. The team at luther always do a great job. I had to bring in my vehicle due to it not starting so needless to say I did not have an appointment to get it taken care of.
