I have also recently had experience with your service department on an engine block problem that could have been considered beyond the warranty period and therefore completeky my responsobility. The sales management staff went out of their way to work out a solution with the majority of the cost covered under the warranty because of the unusual nature of the problem! This was all done before reviewing the discovery of the problem with me. The discussion with me included the repair options which were as fair as I could have ever expected! These experiences over the past 5 years are why I continue to do business at Rudy Luther Toyota and recommend it to my friends. I wouldn't go here again nor recommend this dealership on a bet. I was looking for a new vehicle: 09-2010 FJ Cruiser with Man Trans. 1st they tell me it doesn't exist. When I called them on it, they basically told me that they don't want my business. I did a lot of independent research on my own before contacting any dealers, 16 in all, so I knew what existed and what was out there. I found what I wanted, but no thanks to Rudy Luther Toyota. In fact, they tried to tell me that the one I found didn't exist either. I guess the one I bought then is a figment of my imagination. Rudy Luther Toyota is shady. They lie, and they ignore what you want: not the type of dealership I want to give my hard earned money to. There are plenty of Toyota dealers out there, go to another one. Stay away from Rudy Luther. More
