I had studied vehicles at the car show and I wanted a dealer that was close to my home. From the minute that i met Theo, I was very pleased with his attention to the process of purchasing a new vehicle. He answered all my questions, guided me through choosing a car, he was so patient, always meticulously groomed and smiling!! Your front line staff at the desk never ignored me when I walked through the door, they always addressed me immediately, were very pleasant. Jenna discussed additions that I wanted to make to the vehicle, how nice to see them all on computer!! Jeff and I worked through the process of financing the car. He was so comprehensive, informative and thorough!! My time with him was spent on several options and the computerized process made it so much easier!! Jeff showed me several different options that I had but never badgered me to go with one or the other, he treated me with respect!! I appreciated his patience! Every step of this process was so enjoyable, your staff is remarkable!! One of the primary reasons that I chose the Rav 4 was because of the rear door opening laterally. Ergonomically, this makes so much more sense than "up in the air" especially for a short person. It was the only vehicle at the car show that opened that way! This was, by far, the easiest purchase of a new car yet. I sent a general e-mail over the weekend inquiring as to whether the dealer had a certain car in its inventory. On Monday, Michael sent me, via e-mail, a response that yes there was the requested car and the price. We traded a couple of e-mails and he provided his phone number IF I wanted to call him. I did. After a few more answers to my questions, I filled out the credit app. on line and Michael called me back within 1 hour w/ approval. I told him I would be in to pick up the car by 6 p.m. that evening. Met with him, the accessory salesperson and the finance guy and drove out w/ my new car within 1 hour. THE BEST EXPERIENCE TO DATE!!! More
The only issue was that they couldn't find the car that I wanted--they have 4 different lots. Then the battery was dead because it had sat all winter. We used our Costco membership to get no-haggle pricing. It was lower than the other no-haggle dealership (that didn't accept the Costco program). The service was excellent and the financing was easy!
