Their attention to cleanliness, friendliness, efficient service and user-friendly processes, is second to none. So, when it came to buying a new car, there wasn't any question where I would prefer to make my purchase. Chad Satre helped me to pick out the right car for me that met my wants and needs perfectly. Who hasn't heard horror stories about the car-buying process? Well, none of that game-playing with some slippery dude trying to tell me how much he would "give" me the car for, intimidating tactics, etc. happened with this transaction. Chad's low-key, no-pressure approach was a breath of fresh air compared to other car-buying experiences I've had in the past. He is straightforward, honest and fair - I really appreciated that as he made the transaction pleasant from the first handshake hello to the final handshake right before I drove away in my beautiful new Camry. I will highly recommend Rudy Luther to anyone who is in the market for a Toyota (or Scion)! More
This was the BEST car sales experience ever! Which is saying quiet a lot as we've owned numberous cars. It all started when I had noticed that a new car was parking by me at work. I checked the Toyota website and found the Venza. I then made a call to the person who owned the car. I wanted to know all about their Venza. The owner offered to let me check out their Venza and then gave me a ride. I was hooked. I then asked if they would give me the name of their sales person, which they did. I gave Jodie Fahey a call and said I was looking for a 2010 Venza. I told Jodie what I was looking for and within a very short time she called me back to say that she found a Venza for me. She sent me the details of the one she had found and the payment amount. I called Jodie back and made an appointment to stop in that evening. My husband and I took a test drive in the Venza and then went inside to purchase the car. Jodie is one of the nicest car salespersons that I have ever met. She was so friendly, it was like we were old friends. I would have to put Jodie at the top of the best salespersons that I have ever met. We picked up the car the next day and Jodie went over everything inside and out. She gave us a tour of the building so that we would know where everything was located. Then it was time for us to go to financing and we met Michael. Even though this was a big step after 5 years without a car payment, to taking that on again. Michael made the process quiet easy. I would like to Thank everyone at Rudy Luther Toyota for making this an enjoyable experience. One that we would do again or recommend to anyone! More

Our experience with Tony, Angie, Stacey and all others that assisted in our purchase and financing of a new Toyota Highlander was excellent. My daughter and I purchased the CRV Honda last Thursday, Nov. 4th. We waited an hour to begin the paper work. The CRV was returned to your dealership on Saturday the 6th. The CRV was not road ready. It may of passed all maintenance insections but at 65 mph the steering wheel was shaking and the sound from the rear of the CRV was so loud my daughter couldn't hear the radio. My daughter Bri Gullickson waited on Saturday an hour and a half for work to be done on the CRV. Only to get back on the road and the problem was worse. At this point Bri returned the CRV a second time. The receptionist at the service counter was rude in saying that we (service garage) did a rear end alignment and you'll have to get use to the humming noise. She basically minimized the CRV symptoms to make it sound like it was an issue that my daughter was having. I wanted my daughter's first vehicle purchase to be a pleasant experience. Bri's boyfriend Nick recommended Rudy Luther Toyota. He has had good experiences with your dealership. Bri and I haven't found that to be true. According to Debbie and the service garage, the tires had not been rotated, by the previous owner. The tires have significant wear and bulges that are causing the vibration. If that is the case, how much of the general maintenance work has been neglected by the previous owner? Your dealership saying that the CRV was owned by one person, and the dealership inspection does not offer much in the way of confidence that the CRV will be a reliable vehicle. More
