Justin's communication was always complete and efficient, laying everything on the table for us. His personable ways made us feel like we were guided through this process by a trusted friend. In addition, Chris (our finance guy) was extremely efficient, knowledgeable, prepared and humorous! We didn't expect to go through a financing experience and be laughing! Chris had the documents prepared for arrival (we showed up a day ahead of schedule), he explained our options without any sales pitch or pressure, and he was effective in explaining the documents he placed before us. We were a little apprehensive about embarking upon a new vehicle purchase after 9 years since our last experience, but we are so please with Justin, Chris, and the rest of the team at Rudy Luther Toyota Scion, we will be back for another vehicle. I worked with Matt - and the driver at 11:00am. Both were very pleasant. Matt, was particularly helpful, thorough, acted quickly, offered an additional $40 rebate on my tires and seemed to care about m were very pleasant. Very disappointed with my experience and ultimately ended up returning my vehicle after a weeks worth of headaches. It took multiple requests to get the car cleaned and extra keys made. I spent most of the week making numerous trips to the dealership and hours on the phone. I finally decided to return the vehicle when the sales staff advised me to ignore Toyota specifications for towing despite the car lacking the towing prep package. At no point in the process did I feel that the sales staff offered me solutions, the just kept pushing a car that wasn't the right fit. If at the original point of sale had they told me the towing prep package could not installed I would not have bought the car. Overall I invested a lot my time only to be disappointed and car-less. I generally get all my work done here. I have always been treated fairly. I love the comfortable and clean waiting area.
