Heartfelt Thanks for Your Exceptional Support - Dear Rudy Luther Toyota Team, We are writing to express our sincere gratitude for the incredible support you provided when our Suburban experienced a t Rudy Luther Toyota Team, We are writing to express our sincere gratitude for the incredible support you provided when our Suburban experienced a transmission failure July 7th on our way back from up north. We were stranded in Hinkley 2 hrs from home .As you know, we purchased the vehicle from you last year, and finding ourselves stranded was a stressful situation. We were truly touched by how you went above and beyond to help our family. We have 5 children and you guys sent two drivers all the way up to us with a minivan, allowing us to use it free of charge for three days, and ensuring we made it home safely was an act of exceptional customer service.
