The service department at Rudy Luther Toyota is garbage. I bought a used vehicle 2005 toyota Camry, that was serviced here in 2024. Previous owner was an old lady that never drove. The mechanic replaced tim I bought a used vehicle 2005 toyota Camry, that was serviced here in 2024. Previous owner was an old lady that never drove. The mechanic replaced timing/plate gasket. The mechanic did not line up the key way to the crankshaft properly when he installed the balancer/pulley. He proceeded to hammer on the balancer, without lining up the keyway. The result of the damage is in the images below. I talked to the manager and he said it is out of their warranty period. I would not recommend getting your car serviced here. More
