That allowed me to take my wife to the dealership and close the deal quickly on Valentine’s Day. I have purchased many cars, and this by far was the best experience I ever had. I also want to give credit to Melanie Gabaldon in finance. I have had many OK car buying experiences go absolutely sour in the finance office. This was not the case with Melanie. She took the time to explain the coverages, but didn’t treat us badly when we declined. I have been treated so poorly by finance at other dealerships when I deny extended coverages. Melanie was pleasant from start to end. More
I really enjoyed doing business with this Mazda dealership. After the VERY frustrating experience with Hyundai, this was great! The finance part was super fast and friendly, I didn't know things could move that smoothly. Purchase/negotiation process went smoothly. I didnt appreciate being forced to purchase the AutoButler paint protection package (Sales mgr told me it was mandatory as per Rudolph ownership).
