During the drop off of your vehicle everyone is notified that it will be a full day to day and a half due to the high volume of vehicles ahead of yours. About the shuttle drivers, they are not allowed to answer customer calls. All pick-ups must be scheduled directly with your Advisor to ensure the logistics are met flawlessly. If you'd rather text the Advisor for a faster response you can do so to the number that you received your welcome text from when you first dropped off. Thank you again for your feedback. Hi Ines, thank you for taking the time to give your feedback. I just finished speaking with you and we do not want to make you responsible for another charge. All you were explained was the process of a diagnostic fee in the event that what is found on your vehicle is a different issue from your last visit. We will gladly cover the expense if we check the vehicle and find that if it's something we did in our last repair. We just have to make you aware of all possible scenarios so that you don't feel blindsided in the event of the finding being something completely different.
