If I could I would not even rate Rudolph Chevrolet Service Department AT ALL! I live in Converse, TX. I purchased a 2021 Chevrolet Silverado Texas Edition from Seguin Chevrolet. I was met by Bernie Service Department AT ALL! I live in Converse, TX. I purchased a 2021 Chevrolet Silverado Texas Edition from Seguin Chevrolet. I was met by Bernie Werner or Doty at the service center on Thursday March 25, 2021 at 7:00 A. M. I explained my situation as he plugged in the scan reader and it gave him the code or codes. We proceeded to his area. I did explain that we were in town for a funeral, and had to return by Saturday March 27th. Bernie stated that they were busy. I stated ok but once again I advised him we had to return to Converse, TX., by Saturday March 27th. I was requesting a loaner vehicle for the days while my Silverado was to be worked on. He stated he would have to talk with his service manager and that the person who deals with loaner cars had not arrived, Bernie approached me and stated there are no loaner cars available, and if they did I would not be driving this car back to Converse, TX. I asked what was I to do, Bernie clearly stated I do not know and that as he spoke with his service manager and they would not be able to look at the vehicle. I remined him that I must report to work on Monday March 29th. We were in town for a funeral. Clearly, I was upset, Bernie went back with his service manager and came back with a paper. He clearly stated that they were unwilling to help me at all. The service manager at this point did not even have the courtesy to come and speak with me. Bernie placed this paper in front of me. It showed Mission Chevrolet’s phone and address, and stated that they may have a loaner car for me and a possibility that they would be able to service my vehicle. I was furious by this time. 1st dealing with a funeral, 2nd they were being unwilling to help me and 3rd pushing me off to a different dealership!!! I clearly stated that he was washing his hands and giving my Silverado issues to a different location which was 23.1 miles away. I mentioned yet again you are washing your hands of my situation on to another dealership. That is disgusting that you would do this to me. He kept on stating that it is all he could do. I stated that was rude! That is sad that you would treat me in this manner, especially during our moment of trying to grieve over the loss of my mother-in-law. I was upset and frustrated, that I was being pushed aside. He turned my vehicle around and just handed my keys to me. This individual did not offer any other type of solution other than send me to another location. I at this point did not want to drive my truck any further fearing there would be additional damage done. I was left without any options. I called my wife to borrow a vehicle from a family member and follow me to Mission Chevrolet. We were in the process of getting ready to go to the funeral home, but instead of heading to the funeral home, I was on my way in a vehicle that I had no idea as to what more damage would be done to the Silverado traveling to Mission Chevrolet the 23.1 miles while being followed by my wife. I saw this philosophy on Rudolph Chevrolet’s website…. Rudolph Chevrolet’s Philosophy Has Always Been: • A customer is the most important person in our business • You are not dependent on us; we are dependent on you • You are not an interruption of work...you are the purpose of it • Our service is not a favor, you favor us by letting us serve you • You are not an outsider to our business, but a real part of it • Bring us your needs; it is our privilege to handle them Mr. Werner or Doty failed miserably in every aspect of this philosophy!!! I have nothing but disgust for this location, and I will not be recommending Rudolph Chevrolet for anything anytime soon! Sergio Diaz Aguilar More

Service dept stinks If you don't throw open your billfold for anything the service reps want to do to your truck, they get mad and won't return your calls. They are alway If you don't throw open your billfold for anything the service reps want to do to your truck, they get mad and won't return your calls. They are always "out to lunch" when they want to avoid you. Not everyone has endless funds. As a retired, disabled veteran I, as well as many others, live on a limited income. Service manager "Steve" sides with his reps and won't listen to you. After buying several factory ordered Silverados from them, I WON'T be going back. My 05 and 07 Silverados STILL have "clanking" sounds from the power train and they still haven't been able to fix them or tell me why they do that. They replace a heating coil in my 05 and insinuated that I must have let water out of the system after I returned it for overheating. They couldn't comprehend that maybe THEIR personnel didn't put enough water in it. I took it in for an AC problem and was given the "run around." I asked to speak to the owner, and after several calls, was called by the manager (Mike Miles.) He asked if I was coming back to Rudolph, and I said no. He said any further conversation was pointless. How rude and flip... I guess the owner of the dealership lets the "inmates run the prison." It's a shame as the parts dept runs perfectly. Maybe the service dept should be trained by the parts dept... More
I took my son's Chevrolet Cobalt to Rudolph Chevrolet on Friday, November 15, 2013. I took it in because the key was suck in the ingnition and I felt an unusual vibration in the engine when starting. I on Friday, November 15, 2013. I took it in because the key was suck in the ingnition and I felt an unusual vibration in the engine when starting. I the service advisor to have the mechanics to inspect the motor mounts and to repair the stuck key in the ignition. On Saturday, November 16, 2013, I picked my son's car up. There was a large dent in the drivers side front fender that was not there when I dropped the vehicle off the day before. I spoke with the service advisor after I noticed the damage to the car. He told me that the damage was there when I dropped the car off the day before. He even provided the inspection sheet that he filled out when I dropped the car off. The only problem with this is that I know it is standard procedure that the service advisor walk around the vehicle and point out any damage to the customer when the vehicle is dropped off. That did not happen. The service advisor then took to speak with his manager and he pretty much told me that it was written of the inpection and there was nothing they were willing to do to help resolve my issues wtih the damage. The vehicle did not have any body damage when I dropped it off on Friday, Novermber 15, 2013. Not only that, when I got the vehicle home the key was still stuck in the ignition. I paid quite a bit of money to have my car repaired and it appears that they are just changing parts by process of elimination and are going to charge me for additional work to get the problem fixed. Rick Armijo happens to be a Corvette Specialist but he sure knows his way around every other car on their lot. He treated us with respect and took lots of time to answer our many questions. We browsed n sure knows his way around every other car on their lot. He treated us with respect and took lots of time to answer our many questions. We browsed new and used cars and ended up with a used vehicle in order to save some money. Rick never once pressured us into buying something we weren't happy with buying just to sell a car at a higher cost. He new our situation and even helped us get a lower price on my car than was already listed. We had a great experience with everyone there and were so happy with our purchase. We've also been in touch a few times afterward so that they could make sure everything was running correctly. This is how you get repeat business and good word of mouth! More
