Service/Repair Deparment/Customer Service I called to have Recall work done on my Ford Fiesta. I called and was given an appointment for 2 weeks out so that the parts could be ordered. I go I called to have Recall work done on my Ford Fiesta. I called and was given an appointment for 2 weeks out so that the parts could be ordered. I go in for the scheduled appointment, only to find out that they need to inspect the door latches, and only then can they order the parts, meaning that I would have to schedule another appointment to have the work done. This showed poor customer service and repair knowledge on their part, as I could have brought in the vehicle 2 weeks earlier and then come back for the repair. I have since contacted another Ford dealership, who are going to honor the recall notice to replace all4 latches (not inspect and pick and choose), all in a 2 day period. This is the second time I have used this dealership for service. The 1st time was just lousy customer service. I figure I have given a dealership 2 chances to get it right. Go to another dealership. I spoke immediately with the General Manager, who showed no concern for the lack of service I received, or any type of appology for the inconvenience to me. More

I bought a used Lincoln from Ray Rub about a week ago. He was very nice when I went in and offered me a great price on my car. After 5 days home with my new car I came out of my house and noticed that my He was very nice when I went in and offered me a great price on my car. After 5 days home with my new car I came out of my house and noticed that my side mirror was hanging down. I called my auto repair man and he said that I should notify the dealership because the part looked rusted out and they should be accountable. I called Ray the next morning and I was treated very rudely. First of all, he was basically putting the blame on me. He said if you wreck your car two weeks after you buy it then, then you think I am responsible. I said no, but I did buy a 23000 vehicle from you and had the mirror come off in 5 days without being in any wreck. He then tried to tell me that maybe my vehicle wasnt safe in my driveway. Really? I park my vehicle up far up in my driveway and live in a community where I have never had a problem before! So basically he didnt want to deal with this problem or any other problem. He told me that he didnt want me to be mad but there is nothing he can do and basically that this is not his problem. I was thinking that by going through the owner that he would want good customer service. Boy was I wrong! I WILL NEVER EVER AND HIGHLY SUGGEST IF YOU ARE OUT TO SPEND MONEY.... DO NOT GO TO RUB FORD! They will take your money and that is all. More
