Where do I start. I purchased a 2020 Audi A6 prestige with 5,500 miles on it. It was advertised as like new and no damage or issues whatsoever. I bought the car sig I purchased a 2020 Audi A6 prestige with 5,500 miles on it. It was advertised as like new and no damage or issues whatsoever. I bought the car sight unseen after my saleslady said there was no marks anywhere, no pulsing brakes, perfect alignment and no dinged up rims. It was certified pre owned by Audi. I wired the money and they delivered to my in Kentucky four days later. As their driver was standing there, i noticed a big chunk out of one of the tires. I called the saleslady immediately and they blamed it on the driver. At that point, it didnt matter to me as I didnt do it. Two of the rims also had extensive damage but were "fixed." I was told they were perfect. The next day i noticed overspray on the right lower ground effect proving the front right bumper had clearly been painted. Poorly, I might add. In addition to the alignment being way off, the rotors were badly warped causing very heavy brake pulsing. NOw, I gave Chris, the manager, the opportunity to take care of the issues. At first he agreed to buying one tire and that obviously wasnt going to work. After several back and forths, he agreed to send me $1,000 which helped but didnt cover the new wheels and tires i ended up ordering. I took the car to my local Audi dealer and they said no way those rotors should have passed the Certified pre-owned checklist. I called CHris and he said i would have to bring the car to them before they would agree to fix the rotors. Unfortunately, that is 8 hours in the car without the promise to fix them. Thankfully, Ida, at the Audi dealer in Lexington went to bat for me and got the regional Audi manager involved and he agreed to pay for new rotors and pads. I learned my lesson buying a car sight unseen. I guess buying a luxury car at a luxury car dealer was not as safe as I was expecting. More

Lies, incompetence and damage Service department outright lied to us at least three times during a three week period when they kept our Audi TT, claimed they were working on it, di Service department outright lied to us at least three times during a three week period when they kept our Audi TT, claimed they were working on it, did not. Claimed they were awaiting parts (they were not). The service department also managed to somehow smash the cooling fan bracket and left it dangling in front of the engine. There was also a body "piercing" in the front end that required body shop visit in the aftermath. This is the worst dealership service I have every encountered with any car. DO NOT TAKE YOUR CAR HERE FOR SERVICE. I would not buy a car from this pack of liars and con men. Oh, as proof of all this, they did not charge us for keeping the car 3 weeks and performing minor work. More
I purchased a Subaru Forester from the dealer, within a week I had to have a tire patched (it was sold to me with a nail in the tire). Within a month I spent 1200.00 in repairs including a new head gasket and within a month of that the car started using oil. I returned to the dealership but there was "nothing" they could do for me. I was criticized for having my car serviced with another mechanic and not the dealership. The only solution I was offered was "getting a good deal on a trade" By this point I'd only had the car 3 months. They assured me they would be in contact with me and keep an eye out for something that I might be able to trade the car in on. That was a month ago, I'd I've never heard from them again. I'm very disappointed in their service and ability to follow through. I would never buy another vehicle there again and I DO NOT recommend anyone else doing so. I thought I was going to a reputable dealer that would stand behind the vehicles they sold. I was mistaken. More
the service department went from fixing an oil leak and a cv joint to making my vehicle undrivable @xmas time. I have been to dealership twice to pick up vehicle after it "was fixed & test drove" both times car was undriveable upon entering vehichle. car was not delivered as promised and when i picked it up no one was available to fix their second major screw up with abs control and check engine light on xmas eve. Under no circumstances should you ever have any service done at this location. they are incompetent and a disgrace to dealerships. More
