I trust the professionalism, skill, experience and customer care I always get at RoyalSpeedway Service. I have been taking my Hummer to Royal since moving to Tucson in 2006. I had put off some repairs because the Saturn Dealership has closed and wasn't sure I could find an auto repair establishment I could trust and feel comfortable with. I had seen TV ads and newsprint ads for has closed and wasn't sure I could find an auto repair establishment I could trust and feel comfortable with. I had seen TV ads and newsprint ads for Royal Buick which made me feel that I could trust them to be honest about repairs. I had a more serious repair issue (leaking coolant) and I called Royal. They told me to come down and they could fit me in. When I arrived I was greeted by Jeff Steiner in a very friendly way that made me feel welcomed and at ease. He reffered me to Dusty and we went over my concerns and car issues. Dusty kept me advised all the way. It turned out that the repairs were minor. The costs and time were well within reason. I feel I have found a repair facility I can trust. Royal will be the place I go from now on to hanle all my routine maintainence and other repairs. I have already referred some friends and will continue to do so. Thanks Royal!!! More

The following chronicles my recent, positive experience with Dave's customer care: Although the service was for the suggested oil change interval, I contacted Dave for the service appointment. Although Dave has stated that he, typically, could accommodate the service, his suggestion is to contact him because that provides visibility of the demands for the shop, however, more importantly, as Dave states, the prior scheduling reduces my dwell time in the waiting room. While performing the service checklist it was identified that the windshield wipers might need replacement. However, before the wipers were replaced, Dave contacted me, at the waiting room, for my approval to proceed with the replacement. Dave has been my service agent since the new purchase of my vehicle, 07 Hummer H3, and has provided excellent service in the maintenance of the vehicle. Historically, when he recommends a service item, he provides an explanation for the suggestion. Because of my past experience with his attention to customer satisfaction, he has established my confidence when he recommends a service activity. While in the waiting room, I have experienced his emphasis on customer care with his other clients. His other clients, in the waiting room, have expressed the appreciation of the service that Dave provides. Other service shops often provide comparable service, however, the distinguishing difference, for me bringing my vehicle to the Royal Speedway Service Center is Dave Loper. More

I'm a long time customer of Royal Buick. This time I had a Engine Warning Lite come on so I had to bring in my 2006 Lucerne CXL. The vehicle has an extended warranty and there was some problems with supply a Engine Warning Lite come on so I had to bring in my 2006 Lucerne CXL. The vehicle has an extended warranty and there was some problems with supplying fax paper work to the company (their machine). But Mr. Jackson stayed on them and got the problem resolved. I was there from around 8:00 AM till 1:00 PM, which is a long time for me. But at least I was able to watch "Hoda & Kathy Lee" on TV in the lounge, ha! My car seems to be okay and the Engine Warning Lite has no came back on, so good job to the mechanic! Sincerely, C.B. Clement More
