Looking for one, FOUND TWO! Basically, my mother had a beater car for at least the last 5 years, over 3 different vehicles. Her most recent was totaled after my brothers friend was helping replace some parts, and in transit had a collision, and it was a total loss. In less than an hour, it became, "How can we keep Moms car driving?", to "Now she needs a new car!" I spent a long an arduous amount of time looking for reasonably priced vehicles, while at the same time, trying to find a vehicle not in need of repairs and upkeep in the immediate future. I ended up finding four 2014 Chrysler 200 vehicles, all with less than 40,000 miles. These were all being sold by Royal, and two models were at MINI. It was the first stop my mother and I made, beginning our search of car lots. We of course pulled onto the lot and found the vehicles. At this point, I began to think that maybe I should purchase one for myself, having shared a vehicle for almost 3 years. They looked very clean, and were greeted by Sam Rodriguez. Let me say, HE IS THE REASON FOR THIS PERFECT REVIEW!!! Smile on his face the entire time, as we told him our story and what we needed and were looking for. He told us about the Lifetime Powertrain Warranty, and we started to love the idea of having regular checkups to keep the warranty forever! Ultimately, it was our first stop, so of course we went and looked at a few other lots, but both of us were hooked by Sam. We went back, and had the most amazing experience anyone in my family ever had. Sam was relatable, honest, but most of all, HELPFUL IN EVERY WAY! We ended up buying both Chryslers they had!!! The manager who name was Kyle, but I forget his last name, also, was a primary reason for our incredible happiness with this transaction. I cannot say enough great things about these guys and how they do business. Very straightforward, and after having these cars for about a month, my mother and I still love them. I have recommended Royal Automotive, but more so MINI of Tucson everytime people ask me about their car, or even mention they're looking. Thank you Sam and Kyle. YOU GUYS ROCK! More
Fun with the Experts From the minute we entered the dealership we were aware of an atmosphere of professionalism, and a place where people were enjoying their job. Their friendliness permeated the whole transaction. I have never been vetted for a car before. The staff wants you to get just the car you need and one that you will be happy with, hence the questions and exchange of information. Sam Rodriguez worked the magic and found us what we needed, and what delighted us. Once he narrowed it down he brought the car to our home for another test drive. We never had to go to the dealership, every thing from the moment we said yes, until he turned over the keys and the car complete with license plate was done in our house. Mini of Tucson makes buying a car fun. It also happens to have a great product that is safe, modern, and fun to drive. WE are delighted we looked them up. More

I normally dread having to talk to salesman as they are usually pushy and try to sell me something I am not interested in. THIS WAS NOT THE CASE AT MINI OF TUCSON!! Sam Rodriguez and Joe were a delight to work with. Sam even took the vehicle that I was considering down to my house so I could look at it and test drive the vehicle as I had only seen it online. Sam was upfront and accommodating to work with, he went above and beyond to accommodate my needs. Joe was also a pleasure to work with, I didn't feel pressured at all. I purchased the car I was looking for at a great price. I felt great after my purchase, I left MINI of Tucson feeling great about my new purchase and the way I was treated. I would definitely work with Sam and Joe at MINI of Tucson again if the need arises. I highly recommend this dealership! More
I'm In a "Relationship" MINI of Tucson has reset my opinion regarding the end-to-end automotive dealership experience. Consequently, this appears to have become a long-term r MINI of Tucson has reset my opinion regarding the end-to-end automotive dealership experience. Consequently, this appears to have become a long-term relationship. Sales: Over the period of 12 months we worked with "Motoring Advisor" Will Whetstone to purchase two new MINIs. A '14 Clubman in June of '14 ans a '15 Hardtop in November of '14. Will was the epitome of no-pressure salesmanship. I cannot overstate how important that was in our decision to purchase our first MINI, and then return and purchase our second MINI. Other dealerships could learn from MINI of Tucson; People can sense when the salesperson's interests are not theirs. Service: With our two MINIs, we have had three occasions to interact with the MINI of Tucson service department. Each time we have found them to very helpful in the on going "care and feeding" of our cars. Additionally, their service professionals (specifically, Angela Horne) have been very patient to make sure we understand things completely, and very willing to take as long as necessary to answer any questions about our cars, whether pertinent to that particular visit or not. (As an example: During a recent visit for a scheduled service, a service tech from the garage (who's name, sadly, I cannot remember) talked at length with me regarding the care and longevity of vinyl stripes, both factory and aftermarket. The information I gained was very useful!) Post Sales: So, we have two brand new MINIs. They're not even a year and a half old. You'd think that, as you're hanging out at the dealership waiting for your car to be serviced, when the sales staff realizes that you're not going to be in the market for a new car for a few years that they'd totally ignore you. You'd be wrong. Most recently, Motoring Advisor Marvin Batts made sure I felt welcome during a service visit. He answered questions, grabbed me a coffee and generally made sure I felt at home while I was there. My experience at other dealerships has never been so welcoming. And, to top it all, the MINI cars themselves are so fun to drive. We love our MINIs! -Don Lively, Tucson More

Sam contacted me soon after to schedule a test drive. He also asked me about the type of car I was looking for, my budget, and what about the Scion was appealing. The test drive was great and he had another car for me to try also. He is a very friendly sales rep, and so were all the other employees who greeted us, or checked on us while we were in the dealership. With help from Sam and Kyle (one of the finance guys) I was able to buy the car a week later! More
I love my Peanut! I can honestly say that November 12th, 2015 was one of the best days of my life. Why you may ask? It is because I purchased Peanut. Peanut is a 201 I can honestly say that November 12th, 2015 was one of the best days of my life. Why you may ask? It is because I purchased Peanut. Peanut is a 2010 Mini Cooper S Convertible. She is Lazer Electric Blue with black interior and a black top, six speed. Fidencio took taught me how to drive her, because I had not driven a standard in over 25 years. Fidencio was very patient with my and encouraging, I could not have asked for a better coach. They did allow me to negotiate the price of my Mini, this was a surprise because they do not normally do that. I wanted my payments to be around 266 no more than 300. This will happen now due to the negotiation. The time from start from finish was a little long but the service from all of the employees especially Fidencio Lopez well outweighed the wait to drive my baby off the lot.
