Raised the Bar I bought a car little over a year ago from CARVANA, didn't think any body could top that, Well Royal MINI did. Comfortable pleasant experience! I was referred by a friend to come to Mini Royal and I'm happy I did. Right away I felt comfortable talking to Matt with no pressure to sell me anythi I was referred by a friend to come to Mini Royal and I'm happy I did. Right away I felt comfortable talking to Matt with no pressure to sell me anything but genuinely just trying to help me. I did not have the best credit and it almost seemed I would have to wait till next payday to put a bigger down payment for my car. Matt asked me to take a lunch break to see what he could do for me... When I got back he was able to work out an awesome deal for me. More than I could of asked for. Matt went above and beyond for me in customer service to get me driving out of there that day with my Chevy Cruze. And I absolutely love this car. Its sleek, sporty, and sexy. I am absolutely satisfied with my purchase and I intend on going back in a few years for my next purchase! Thank you Matt! More
