I have called four different places and all of the gave me an estimate right over the phone, so I believe that this is just a sales technique to get me in the shop, and once I'm there let me have it with every little nit picking thing that is wrong with the van in hopes selling extra services not really needed. More

Had my first service appointment months ago, it was a HORRENDOUS experience. It started when I could never getting a response from a service adviser to schedule an appointment. When I got there, I was told I would have to make a second appointment because they didn't have time to fix the molding issue (even though I told them when I booked the appointment), more so when I stopped in 2 days after buying the car about the molding they said, we'll just take care of it at your first service appointment. They will then ask you to fill out a survey, now don't be honest in your survey or they will refuse to service your car. I reluctantly called today to schedule another oil change and guve then a second chance and was told "after reading your review, we don't have any appointments for you". Don't ask for your customers opinion if you refuse to act upon them. More

Worst Service Experience Ever! Service Department was very disappointing today. This is the second time I have had a scheduled "one hour" oil change appointment that lasted two hour Service Department was very disappointing today. This is the second time I have had a scheduled "one hour" oil change appointment that lasted two hours! If it is going to take two hours please TELL ME so I can go home rather than wait in your customer lounge that was filled with exhaust fumes, construction noise and a TV that is so freaking loud I can still hear it over my headphones with my itunes turned up full blast. No one bothered to apologize for the wait. No one warned me it was going to take longer than the scheduled time. When I got in my car it reeked of oil and no one had bothered to place protective paper on my seat or floor. Oh and since the service area is under construction I stopped where the sign says to stop... no one came out to greet me so I got out of the car to go in for help and another customer started yelling at me for parking where the sign clearly said I was supposed to stop. Admittedly he had to squeeze around me because they had a great big truck blocking the path. I know construction is a challenge but please have a plan! This was the most unpleasant service appointment I ever had . I will NOT be going back. this in addition to the built in faulty transmission on the Focus (had to have the clutch replaced and it's only a year old) ... I will never buy another Ford ... More

Sales experience was excellent. I hate buying a new car because of the usual car dealership attitude and rudeness. I was able to get answers to most of my questions via e-mail and when I was ready to come because of the usual car dealership attitude and rudeness. I was able to get answers to most of my questions via e-mail and when I was ready to come in to the dealership, the internet sales staff was very polite, low pressure, and effecient. Please note that my phone is not fully synced at my request because I am changing phones this coming week. Evilaso was thorough with explaning the services avaialble at Royal Oak Ford and guiding my through the purchase experience. It is not at all related to the sales process that the car started to run rough within a week of purchase and I am now trying to arrange a service appointment with my work schedule. More

I was entirely due to the knowledge, expertise and amazing customer service through Royal Oak Ford that my husband and I were willing to try another Ford product. I was out on Saturday morning pricing various Ford dealerships for inventory when I came to Royal Oak Ford and before I knew it, I was out that afternoon with my new 2011 Ford Fusion. I picked up my w dealerships for inventory when I came to Royal Oak Ford and before I knew it, I was out that afternoon with my new 2011 Ford Fusion. I picked up my wife from work later that afternoon and she thought I was just test driving the car. She was amazed that for the second time, Royal Oak is the reason we continue to purchase Ford vehicles because of their determination to give excellent customer service. More
