They refused to exchange a battery that was under warranty stating the vehicle must be present. They charge you installation fee$49.97 and half the cost of the battery while it's under warranty.(Bas warranty stating the vehicle must be present. Parts manager was no help, I asked for documentation of the policy, he had none, also no rational explanation for why I need to bring a vehicle that does not start to the dealership to have the battery replace,he did not test battery either. I guess I have to pay a tow truck to bring it there. More

I had my 2021 Nissan Titan serviced today. The techs are amazing and De’Aun Blair at the Maintenance Dept.service desk was awesome.
