Came in with my Camry Hybrid today for a Radiator Grill Shutter error and Engine Light warning. My service advisor was Greg Hoffman. Delightful, knowledgeable and eager to please. He had it figured out a Shutter error and Engine Light warning. My service advisor was Greg Hoffman. Delightful, knowledgeable and eager to please. He had it figured out almost before we got out to the car. Sure enough, something (in this case an unfortunate bird) was blocking the shutter mechanism. He got down and pulled it out, scanned for additional errors, reset the system and I was on my way. 10 minutes total tops. No charge ..... and that's a very good price!
